Frequently asked questions

How do I add family members to my circle?

Go to your Profile screen, tap your circle card, and share the invite code with your family member. They can join from the app's Join Circle screen.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

Can I use FamIt without an internet connection?

FamIt works offline for viewing cached data. Changes you make will sync automatically when you reconnect.

The app is not sending me notifications. What should I do?

Go to your device Settings → Notifications → FamIt and make sure notifications are enabled. Then reopen the app.
